Description

54mm Portafilter holder. Holds both Breville and the Normcore bottomless portafilter. Not tested with other brands, though if they are similar shape they may work as well. The stand fits low enough on the portafilter that it accommodates various dosing funnels to be attached from the top which was important to me.

Perfect fit. However, I plan on adding a small, clear rubber dot below the handle. Only because I get a hint of wobble, and want to give it a hint more pressure stabilization when I use my tamper. I didn't set my breville portafilter in there yet, but that's okay, since I never use it. Overall, excellent for my normcore set-up. Thank you. Do you know if this will fit within the cut out space on the normcore tamp mat? I'm looking for a print option for that mat.

I don’t have a normcore tamp mat but I can tell you the dimensions of the portafilter. It is 103.5mm/4.07in wide and 127mm/5in long.

Thank you for the reply. I am printing now. I decided to stay with the single step up 3 hole tamp mat by normcore. So this should fit will on the lower level. Either way, I need a way to balance my portafilter, because I'm currently tamping slightly off level. I'll post an update after it's printed and fitted with my set-up.

nice fit, printed in petg for strength and for heat management. fits my bottomless portafilter will. Onky thing I was thinking about would be a place to put a weight to keep it level. otherwise perfect.
