Description

12/9/2023 - updated to provide a better chute to prevent material from becoming stuck

This is a highly revised version of my previous pull tray purge bucket. Ths model requires NO supports. After some user review, this model features a steeper angle on the chute, as well as a drastic reduction in material required to print! It also features slots for two 3x9 magnets to secure it to the back of the printer!

I am just printing your design, but I get an error when loading it to bambu studio, could it be that you used ORCA? it tells me that the version I have is not suitable (1.7 vs 1.8) but bambu studio does not have 1.8... when I load it in orca studio I don't get the warning. I've been using it for a long time, but the first part printed without problems (in the bollards a little bit of mark because I didn't get the arachne wall) but everything ok for the moment, I just put the second part. Thank you!

I used Bambu studio for everything, I am not sure why you would be receiving that message

That’s very odd as I am just using the current Bambu slicer

Some poop gets stuck on the chute occasionally. I have not had a jam yet but it could lead to one. Perhaps the angle is not steep enough. Sometimes poop flies over the back of the top of the chute onto my shelf or floor. A higher back wall on the top of the chute might eliminate this. The way the back edge of the waste bin does not align with the chute is kinda janky too. It leaves a gap (see photo). It would have needed to have the back of the bin tray to be set back about 1/8 inch past the chute so the bin could align properly with the chute. Overall a pretty useful design. I am going to keep on using it until something better comes out or I get a lot better at Fusion 360 lol.

works well! filament poop doesn’t get stuck on the slide as much

I wouldn’t print again. The filament gets stuck on the ribbed chute. It will go off the side or it will collapse and go in the bucket. Next, the angle of the chute is not 90. If I make it flush with the poop chute, it leaves a gap. All this may be beginning maker errors.

Works perfectly. Even if it could be a little bigger

Very nice and clean poop slide. I like the separate removable container so I don’t need to carry the whole thing when I dump it. I used the 2 piece slide profile and it was much a smoother slide then the solid piece. If you use the solid item profile make sure you support under the slide. Thanks!

works ok. I do wish the poop slid a little bit smoother and the removable bin was flush with the chute but was the solution I was looking for.

Lässt sich gut drucken steht zwar ohne Support aber an der Unterseite der Rutsche würde ich stützen hatte da in einem Teilbereich eine unsaubere Stelle
