Description

I remixed the handle created by Miklos from his filament spool switch and made it print in place. Big fan of the pastamatic but didn't want to go get my drill whenever had to re-spool something.

Made this handle to make it easy to re-spool something and keep everything you need to do it in one place.

I suggest you use my 3MF and only change your filament profile as I have adjusted support settings to be as easy to come off as possible. Using some pliers it took me about 5 minutes to take off the entire support structure.

Works great. I reoriented it to print on its side to use less supports.

nice! I wasn't sure if it would still rotate if I printed it that way which is why I did it the way I did. glad it still works though!

No issues - fits the Pastamatic fine. won't use it for large reels (suspect that will be painful to use) but great for winding on small test batches.

There is a clip you can print that goes on the gear side, If you use that it shouldn't be an issue with a 1kg roll which is what I use it with

Thanks - I also printed that and it works a treat! was contemplating on one for the other side too but it may be more of a nuisence and I'm not sure it's needed yet.
