Our printed model was scaled up 150%.

Print Na+ and K+ pieces at a 3:2 ratio. (12 Na+, 8K+)

Print the phospholipid membrane with supports, affix to platform. In reality these two models can be merged and printed in one piece, but files are separate to allow for flexibility, in case a single piece exceeds your build plate volume.
