Description

I wanted to mount a Noctua fan onto my BTT Pi, as I have one on my Raspberry Pi 4, and it keeps it pretty cool. No models were available for a simple fan holder - so why not learn CAD and make one yourself?

There is approximately 2-3 mm clearance from the bottom of the fan mount to the top of any connectors underneath. The frame surrounding the fan was made in a circular shape to prevent the airflow from being inhibited; though, this may block off some of the connectors as a tradeoff…

Materials/Hardware Needed:

  • 4x M3 screws for fan (though, 2 holds it just fine…)
  • 4x M2.5 hot melts, for underside to mount to BTT Pi
  • 4x M2.5 screws

The STEP file has been included also just in case someone needs to make alterations!
