Description

Gift cards are boring. Need a way to make them more exciting while also being obnoxious? This is the model for you!

Funnily enough, I didn't have a gift card to put inside but it should fit any generic sized gift card.

  • Print 1 of the top files (window or not windowed), 1 of the bottom files, and the spacer.
    • I would only do 1 of the windowed parts at a time, otherwise they can just get the info off the back and that would ruin the fun.
  • Put everything together using a socket wrench
  • If you are going to have them open it with the 3d printed wrench, I would use that to do the final tightening, so that you don't overtighten.
  • For the wrench, you should not have any issues with using PLA, as long as you use 3+ walls.

The Fusion 360 files are included, so you can make any changes or add a personalized message.

3D Printed Bolts, Nuts and Washers are included. These aren't as strong so try not to overtighten them.

If you don't want to print them, you'll need the following hardware:

6x 5/16 x .75 inch bolts

6x 5/16 nylon lock nuts

6x 5/16 washers (optional)
