Be prepared to use that pesky hole in your table for something practical (or just shut it with "no storage" variation). It's ideal for storing pens, pencils, little flowers to brighten your day or choose variation without divider for chocolate bar!
I uploaded MANY variations in the zip file.
Basic variations are uploaded as models (I chose thicknesses of popular IKEA tabletops (metric and imperial sizes) + standard 22mm melamine desk), all of the other ones are in the Zip file.
I'll gladly add your specific variant if you write in the comments.
Zip file contains all variations in folders in multiple levels: board_hickness/hole_size/rim_size/storage/storage_depth.
For example if you need for 22mm thick board for 60mm large hole, decent rim, with 50mm deep storage, you can go inside folder “board_hickness_22/hole_size_60/rim_size_10/with_storage/depth50” and there you can choose if you want divide or noDivider in the storage space.
Do not worry my imperial friends, I added folders with inches for board thickness for every IKEA table top I could find :) However, hole sizes and others are metric sorry :/
If you need other sizes, features or dimensions, just ask in comments. I got you. ❤️
Here are IKEA tabletop thicknesses (please note that for example 16mm and 5/8" models are not same models, I used proper sizes → 5/8" is 15.87mm):
TROTTEN, MELLTORP - 20mm or 0.75"
BEKANT - 16mm or 5/8"
IDASEN with sharp edge - 30mm or 1 1/8"
IDASEN with rounded edge - 22mm (not sure about US thickness, but should be approx. the same)
ANFALLARE, MALSKYTT - 30mm or 1 1/8"
LAGKAPTEN, MITTCIRKEL, LINNMON, MALVAKT - 34mm or 1 3/8"
UPPSPEL - 25mm or 1"
Pretty much use standard 0.2 mm standard profile, but use supports for models with storage.
I recommend to use Concentric Bottom surface pattern you can find it in Bambu Studio in tab Strength → Top/Bottom Shells group → Bottom surface pattern and select Concentric. It's not mandatory, just very nice circles pattern.
Model filename contains all dimensions:
th22_hole60_rim10_storage_depth50_divided.stl
th22_hole60_rim10_noStorage.stl
th22 - select board thickness
hole60 - hole diameter
rim10 - rim around latch
storage - do you want storage or not (noStorage option is ordinary grommet)
depth50 - depth of storage
noDivider / divided- storage can be divided or not, choose by preference
Color matched dimensions for better visualisation:

Variations:
Diameter of the hole driller into the table. Actual size is slightly smaller (by 0.5mm) for good fit.
Variations:
How should grommet protrude/extend to the desk (note that this is not size of “top rim what you will see on the table” check visualisation :)
Variations:
Do you want storage inside the grommet? If yes, choose “with_storage”
Variations:
Depth of storage compartment. I chose these two values as it was intended for pencils and pens.

Do you want divided storage?

Just tell if it's not needed at all. It's quite time consuming :)
