Description

This is the Voron Design Cube V7, it's meant to be printed to tune your printer for printing Voron Design parts.

To check for dimensions and tune accordingly, this cube should be printed as is in 30x30x30 mm. Please make sure to first tune your printer with all the basic tuning steps needed. For instance go from top to bottom of the SuperSlicer test prints, or follow this guide in context of your own printer model: AndrewEllis Print-Tuning-Guide

If you want to tune your printer for printing parts made by Voron Design, then please make sure to follow the recommended printing guidelines (can be found on every Voron Design printer manual in the introduction):

3D PRINTING PROCESS: Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
MATERIAL: ABS
LAYER HEIGHT Recommended: 0.2mm
EXTRUSION WIDTH Recommended: Forced 0.4mm
INFILL TYPE: Grid, Gyroid, Honeycomb, Triangle or Cubic
INFILL PERCENTAGE Recommended: 40%
WALL COUNT Recommended: 4
SOLID TOP/BOTTOM LAYERS Recommended: 5

Usage:

  1. check dimensions of 30x30x30 mm
  2. check overhangs on the Voron Logos on the sides
  3. check bridge on inside
  4. test fit the top 625 2RS bearing
  5. test fit of bottom F695 2RS bearing
  6. check ringing of the axes on the opposing sides of the X and Y symbols
  7. tune accordingly
