Hello you guys, I'm Yoturn,this work is a lovely model of a1 mini,I added a cell phone holder and storage function to it. Here are some features(The document list includes a guide in pure English, which I translated for you using translation software.Download the PDF at the bottom of the webpage.)
提前准备:建议备好给塑料用的胶水,280g材料(我测试使用的都是petg),最好再来几个橡胶脚贴
Preparation in Advance: It is recommended to have plastic adhesive, 280g of material (I tested using PETG), and a few additional rubber foot pads would be ideal.
1.下载打开我发布的配置,修改材料页面,匹配你的耗材,然后预览切片没什么报错就可以开始打印了,如果你的板子经常容易不沾,提前涂上pvp固体胶或者使用其他手段加强粘性(其中第一板是收纳架主体,第二板是配件,其中第一板主体的稀疏填充可以修改成自适应立方体,可以省45min打印时间和16g材料,不过网格我测试的最多,配置里用的是网格。当然除了支撑,我觉得都可以改,速度也是为了防止太多的下垂降低了一部分)
Download and open the configuration I provided, modify the material settings to match your filament, then preview the slicing. If there are no significant errors, you can proceed to start printing. If your bed tends to have adhesion issues, it's advisable to apply a layer of PVP solid glue or use other methods to enhance adhesion. The first bed serves as the main structure for storage, while the second bed contains accessories. For the sparse infill of the main structure on the first bed, you can adjust it to adaptive cubic, saving 45 minutes of printing time and 16g of material. However, in my tests, the grid pattern is the most efficient; the provided configuration uses a grid. Of course, except for the supports, I believe other settings can be modified, and the speed is adjusted to prevent excessive drooping, reducing some issues.
2.主体打印完成后(约8小时)拆除支撑,非常好拆,可能有一点点残留,可以扣掉。整个模型的支撑仅28g,可能会有1-2处桥接的地方出现垂丝,剪掉、拔掉都可以
After the main body printing is complete (approximately 8 hours), remove the supports. They come off easily, and there might be a slight residue that can be easily taken off. The entire support structure for the model is only 28g. There might be 1-2 areas with stringing at bridging points; you can trim or pull them off.
3.打印可选配件约2.5小时(我肯定建议全部打印)
Print optional accessories for about 2.5 hours (I strongly recommend printing all of them).
4.安装可动平台的四个塑料脚垫,可能会因为每个人的材料不完全一样,造成不一样的尺寸差异,我建议使用亚克力胶水将4个脚垫固定到板子的底部(小脚垫有凹槽的一面朝外,凹槽仅是区分正反面的作用)干了后再使用,可以将导轨面朝下实现滑动效果,反过来时可以将4个脚垫卡进主体的四个圆孔内稳定,利用7个导轨实现手机支架的功能,手机竖着可以全部角度,手机横着可以使用靠内的2-3根轨道固定
Install the four plastic feet for the movable platform. Due to potential size variations in different materials, I suggest using acrylic glue to secure the four feet to the bottom of the board. After it dries, the sliding effect can be achieved by placing the guide rails facing down. When reversed, the four feet can be inserted into the four circular holes of the main body for stability. Utilize the seven guides to create a phone stand—vertical placement allows for various angles, while horizontal use can be secured with 2-3 inner tracks.
5.安装后挂架,使劲按进主体的背部菱形卡槽,也许能稳稳的卡进去,但还是建议使用胶水固定,干了后再使用
Install the hanger by firmly pressing it into the diamond-shaped slot on the back of the main body. It might stay securely in place, but it is still recommended to use glue. Wait for it to dry before use.
6.安装两个盒子,注意把手方向朝外
Install two boxes, ensuring that the handles face outward
7.底部一整块塑料的摩擦并不会很足,建议买点小的橡胶贴,贴四个角就可以很稳固
The friction on the entire bottom plastic may not be sufficient. It is recommended to buy small rubber pads and attach them to the four corners for stability.
8.安装完成,另外你可以将SD卡、CFA卡、TF卡放进中间的卡槽内,它们不会干扰移动平台;主体上还有2个usbc、1个usb的槽,可以稳稳固定住线缆的头部;更多可能等你发掘
Installation complete! Additionally, you can place SD CFA and TF cards in the middle slot without interfering with the movable platform. There are also two USB-C and one USB slots on the main body to securely hold cable heads. Explore more possibilities~
1.为什么要将主体躺着打印?Why print the main body lying down?
我用了petg测试打印了4次,只有第一次正着打印失败了,剩下的三次全都成功,躺着打印不仅可以避免在主体上产生额外支撑,还能大大减少悬垂、桥接的距离
I tested four times with PETG, and only the first attempt failed when printed upright. Printing lying down avoids additional supports on the main body and significantly reduces distances for overhangs and bridging.
2.感觉还有空间可以利用?Is there unused space?
确实是的,比如Z轴的支撑柱子,完全可以掏空再放点东西,比如喷头,我有考虑过掏空放个U盘进去,不过由于整体空间并不大,为了能让更多人简单的使用,我暂时没有花太多心思在这些地方,如果大家的呼声很高,我会未来升级一下这个模型的收纳功能的
Yes, there is potential for utilization, such as hollowing out the support pillars on the Zaxis for additional items like a nozzle. I considered creating space for a USB flash drive but prioritized simplicity for a broader audience. If there is demand, I may upgrade the storage functionality in the future.
3.可以修改哪些参数?多色打印效果如何?Can I modify parameters?How about multi-color printing?
主体部分就是支撑一定得要,最好是躺着打印,其他的我认为都是随便改的参数,不会有太大的影响。你可以随意更改配件的色彩,做一个多色版本,但是注意,我没有测试过AMS的多色使用效果,擦料塔目测是可以摆在中间镂空的一片区域的。
The main body requires supports, and it's best to print lying down. Other parameters can be adjusted with minimal impact. You can freely change the color of accessories to create a multi-color version. However, I haven't tested the use of AMS for multi-color printing.
4.支撑手机的效果如何?How effective is the phone support?
只要移动平台的塑料脚垫正确用胶水固定,使用时也正确卡进主体的4个圆孔内,那么支撑效果就会很好,但是当手机横过来放的时候只有特定的2-3个角度能被支撑的到,这是因为后面部件高度的问题,为了整体的美观,我并没有怎么降低后面组件的高度,或许我可以以后做个新的配件帮助固定横放的手机
If the plastic feet of the movable platform are correctly fixed with glue and inserted into the four circular holes on the main body during use, the support will be effective. However, when placing the phone horizontally, only specific angles are supported due to the height of the rear components. Future versions may address this for better horizontal phone support.
5.考虑做可拆装版本吗,可以做一个更大号的吗?Will there be a disassemblable version or a larger version?
现在的思路就是能一次成型的就一锅打好,并目毕竟是A1 mini,所以要适应180的平台,因此一体成型版本目前只想做个这么大的。当然你如果
喜欢这个开放式的设计,有其他更大的尺寸打印机,完全可以等比例缩放主体和相关配件。至于组装版本,这个确实更灵活,也不怕翻车,也许会继续升级,就看大家的热情高不高啦O(∩_∩)O
The current idea is to create a one-piece design for simplicity. As it is the A1 Mini, it is designed to fit a 180mm platform. If you prefer an open design and have a larger 3D printer, you can proportionally scale the main body and accessories. As for an assembly version, it may be considered in the future depending on interest.
这是我买了A1 mini打印机等快递的两天中的第十个作品😜,所以当时只是在sketchup里凭着热情做了个大致的样子,很多细节都是我脑补的,不过就把它当作一个cute版本也不错,追求极致的还原也不是我的爱好。当时就是看自己桌面上有握力环、固态、读卡器、耳机这些东西,就想着做一个组合当个展示支架,正好觉得握力环和耗材很像,如果做个mini打印机模型,后面挂个握力环挺有趣的,优化了几次就是现在的样子了。越简单越是可以让3D打印社区的更多人一起体验到,这是属于我们这群人的互联。所以用最基础的塑料设计出的东西最方便分享,这也是目前设计作品的思路

This was my tenth creation within two days of receiving the A1 Mini 3D printer, so I quickly designed a rough model in SketchUp based on enthusiasm. Many details were imagined, but it turned out well as a cute version. I didn't aim for an extremely accurate reproduction, as I believe simplicity allows more people in the 3D printing community to experience it together. Sharing designs made with basic materials is the most convenient, aligning with the current approach to design. I will provide the source files (in skp format) for modeling software to encourage personal modifications. While SketchUp might not be the most convenient for 3D printing, this model is relatively simple to modify. Feel free to share your improvements, and I'll gradually optimize and release my remaining works.
