Description

Stand for 2 MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16inch, remixed from an existing model from here.

No support needed. For best durability, print it vertical.

  • It is a 3D printable stand that can be used to prop up two MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16-inch laptops.
  • I printed it with ABS over PLA, because ABS is a bit softer and prevents scratches.
  • The stand is available for free download here.

A MacBook Pro stand designed to accommodate two laptops offers several practical advantages that make it a sensible choice for certain users. Firstly, it promotes efficient space utilization, especially in situations where desk or workspace is limited. By vertically stacking two laptops on a stand, it allows users to maximize their productivity within a compact footprint. Additionally, the stand provides an organized and clutter-free environment, reducing cable tangling and freeing up desk space for other essential items. It also offers the convenience of having two laptops easily accessible side by side, which can be advantageous for professionals who frequently switch between different operating systems or need to compare information or files between two machines. Moreover, a dual laptop stand can enhance ergonomics by elevating the screens to eye level, reducing strain on the neck and improving overall posture. Overall, a MacBook Pro stand capable of accommodating two laptops offers efficiency, organization, and ergonomic benefits, making it a sensible choice for those who require multiple devices within a streamlined workspace.

this stand holds my M2 MBA perfectly secure. Printed in ASA with a brim flat on the bottom. very minimal warping. I’m very happy with the result.

Can you tell me how wide the area is between uprights, as well as overall measurements? I am looking to use this to hold keyboards in a classroom and am not sure if they will fit, or if the design is small enough for the machine being used. Would it be possible to get a file for one that holds 4 or 5?

The space between the verticals matches a MacBook m1pro 16 inch, so 17mm. You can measure it also in the slicer. As keyboards are not that sensitive, may be https://www.tinkercad.com/ is an option for you to easily create a better fitting stand for your keyboards. Hope that helps
