I remixed this to be a fidget toy to give out to the staff and students and my child's school. It has the school letters on the front and back “HES” for Hoboken Elementary School and is done in the school colors. The case is interlocking, so the “front” and “back” are identical and lock into each other.

The profile is built with the 40T wheel and the normal spring. If you want the other gears or spring, go to the original creator, BaGooN@BaGooN, on Printables.

1st print profile is for all of the parts for ONE complete fidget toy.

2nd print profile is for all of the parts for TWO complete fidget toys.

Details Changed in the 3mf File:

• The parts have been assembled into two groups to allow print by object to make a FAST multicolor print (ONLY 2 FILAMENT CHANGES - 39 minutes on NORMAL Speed for one fidget and 1 hour 8 minutes for two fidgets). One group is the front and back (red). The other group is the gear and spring (white).
• .2mm layers with .3mm first layer
• 100% infill and only 1 perimeter to help the letters look better (if the gear was at 15% infill, it only saves .69 grams of filament.
• "Ears" have been added to the spring to help keep it stuck to the plate.
• PETG filament
• I also changed the Bottom Surface Pattern to Archimedean Chords for pizzazz 😎

It takes up the whole bed on an A1 Mini, but for me is worth it for a fast multicolor print and everything for one or two complete fidget toys are printed.

Description
This toy is designed you get a click feeling sensation when you rotate the wheel. Slim body for cool appearance and good click feel!

What is Fidget toy?: A fidget toy is typically a small object used for pleasant but purposeless activity with the hands.

Customizable click feeling and case design you can choose from:

• Two types of springs - Hard or Normal
• Three types of gear wheels - 40T, 28T or 20T (20T has half the click interval of 40T)
• Two types of case design - A or B
• My recommended choices are normal spring with 40T gear wheel.

Print Settings:

• Material: PLA, PETG
• Layer height: 0.15 - 0.20mm (For your information, I tested it at 0.30mm and it was quite tight due to the tolerance.)
• Supports: no
• Perimeters: 2

Assembly:

Before assembling, fit each wheel into its respective casing and ensure smooth rotation. If the rotation feels stiff, use a file to trim it as necessary.

Finally, set the spring and make sure the wheel is engaged, then attach the opposite side of the case.
