Description

Summary

I upgraded my cheap chinese CNC with end swithes following this design:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2796202
But standard brush motor produces so much noise, that inputs of GRBL controller board was triggered immediatelly when motor started, so upgrade with end switches seems to be not usable at all.
Based on ANT PCB mill machine I make my own design with BLDC motor powered spindle.
It is fully compatible substitution of original 43 mm motor delivered in CNC 3018 assembly.

For assembly It is needed:

1x BLDC motor (i used RAY brand) C3536-1250

1x ESC controller 40A with BEC (also I use RAY brand)

1x ER8 60L Collet Chuck Holder extension rod/bar Straight Shank for CNC Milling

1x ER8 1/8" 3.175mm Spring Collet For CNC Engraving Machine & Milling Lathe Tool
2x 626 ball bearing

1x Multi Servo Tester 3CH ECS Consistency Speed Controler Power Channel CCPM meter Master Checker RC Dron Helicopter Parts RC Hobby

3x M3x40 mm DIN 912
2x M3x 30 mm DIN 912
4x M3x 10 mm DIN 912
2x 2,2x6,5 mm DIN 7981C (for servotester PCB)

2x O ring rubber 45 mm

1x 4 mm COLLET PROP ADAPTERS MPjet 4703

1x 6 mm COLLET PROP ADAPTERS MPjet 4706

It needs just 12VDC power supply ( not 24VDC! ).

Assembly fits to the original Z axis holder, so any other adjustent is needed.
