Description

Introducing the ultimate Apple Watch charger base or stand!

 

Easy to print without any support. It uses you standard Apple Watch and Apple Watch Ultra charging cable with MagSafe (USB-C only). This design makes it easy to attach the cable, but also easy to remove. Just press the hole in the back and the MagSafe charger pops out. Super convenient when traveling, as you don't need to carry around the charging base.

 

 

 

 

NOTE

There are four versions available:

  • Total v2; Prints in 1 piece and this works for most printers and filaments. The MagSafe charger fits just snug in the base.
  • Total v3; Prints in 1 piece and this works for printers and filaments where the MagSafe charger is a little loose. Added some nudges.
  • 3 parts v2; Needs to be glued and this works for most printers and filaments. The MagSafe charger fits just snug in the base.
  • 3 parts v3; Needs to be glued and this works for printers and filaments where the MagSafe charger is a little loose. Added some nudges.

I would start with v2 and if that's a little loose, try v3. Prints totally fine in 1 piece without support on my X1C. It prints a little bit nicer in the 3 parts, but you could see more glue lines. I had the best result on a Cool Plate with Bambu PLA.

The model itself is well designed but the print profile was not optimized for overhang quality and I had to print multiple times to get the charger to fit correctly.

Thanks for the feedback. That's something I can work with. I printed it with various filaments and did not have an overhang issue. But I will tweak the profile to handle overhangs better. Thanks Again!

Habe es gedruckt ohne die Beschreibung zu lesen ;) es gibt zwei verschiedene größen des alten Apple watch ladekabels, von der apple watch series 1 und 2 funktioniert auch das normale usb ladekabel Beim Ladekabel der series 6 ist der usb stecker zu groß, wenn man allerdings auf 120% scaled funktioniert auch das! Sprich nicht nur für usb c verwendbar
