3D model description

Recreated all front parts based on the bought version. Contains 12 parts that can be assembled together.

List of components in the bundle:
- Handguard adapter (see desc below for screws needed)
- Handguard front 6"
- Handguard front 6" with bottom rail
- Handguard front 9"
- Handguard front 9" with bottom rail (half way)
- Endcap for upper or any other outer barrel with 14 mm CCW thread
- Upper adapter with 14 mm CCW (based on stock version)
- Upper adapter with 14 mm CCW (based on TTI version that can fit fiber optics for eg from stock upper)
- Outer barrel extender 110 mm (that works with 6" handguard)
- Outer barrel extender 185 mm (that works with 9" handguard)
- Outer barrel extender 39mm (optional)
- Silencer (as 3 parts that can be screwed together)

Additional notes:
- Inside a tracer unit can be fitted. Like AceTech - Brighter R.

Base, have 14 mm CCW to screw to outer barell etc
Base also have 30 mm CW thread to connect with a Body
End also have 30 mm CW thread

Make sure to print it with good quality to have nice threads.

  • By default threads will have tight fit. If you have any part that have 14 mm CCW "female" thread use it first to make a thread in printed parts. Once you do it assembling will be much better / faster / less PITA
  • Handguard adapter need 7 screws total -- If you have screws from stock upper feel free to use them or: -- 4x M4x6mm Flat/Countersunk Head Socket (to assembly handgurd) -- 2x M3x4 Flat/Countersunk Head Socket (to assembly hop up chamber) -- 1x M2x3 Flat/Countersunk Head Socket (to assembly handgurd adapter to upper

If any problems might occur drop a comment or message me, I will try help and do fixes to models.

Thanks

3D printing settings

  • Mostly PLA or even PLA+ should be good. 50% infill
  • For handguards I recommend to not print them horizontally as they can break in between layers. Putting them vertical (if possible) will make it more stronger. Printing handguards diagonally should also work good.
