Description

So you wanna be a corn star?! You've come to the right place.

Easily expand your food weapon arsenal with this inconspicuous cob of corn concealing a roughly 30" saber blade for an overall length of around 38" from tip to tip when expanded!

The corny sword is the thing you've been waiting for every day since you heard about 3D printing swords.

All you need is 4- 6x3mm magnets to seamlessly connect the tip to the pommel.

The cap is designed with you in mind! For those who really like to fight and will end up breaking the blade, the blades are easily replacable! Just unscrew the corn cob cap and insert a new set of cob saber blades!

Printing can be done purely in single colors plates. However, if you're a big fan of peaches & cream corn, then there is a multicolor version just for you! Do note though, the print time is drastically increased and it's a huge waste of filament.. but I wont judge if that's your thing..

Very nice. I’m amused watching the blade print all at once too. worked great, fit well.

The sword part is not staying in the cob when fully extended. It worked a few time then started popping out the end.

I slightly bent out the bottom of the biggest section to make it stay in but just a heads up.

Same issue, mine doesn't grip at all just falls right out. I ended up gluing the blade in. next one I think I'll try flaring the base with some applied heat. Might end up just remixing it and enlarging the end funnel.. or giving the cob itself a cone shape instead of being straight.

Sorry that happened. The blades need to be printed with wall generator in classic. Arachne will reduce it to 2 walls per blade which changes the fit between blade pieces. Please print again with classic walls and double check in the slicer before printing that there are 3 walls per blade. Thanks!
