As the version is updated, the appearance of some parts of the model will change accordingly, and the pictures on the page are for reference only.

随着版本更新,模型一些部件的外观会随之改变,页面上的图片仅作为参考。

The function of this model depends on the friction and resilience of the filament, so there will be some differences in the performance of the model printed with different filaments, the main accessories that determine the rewinding angle are the base cover and the resistance ring, and the experimental model uses PolyLite (logo color) for printing and testing.
By default, the 6-blade resistance ring can achieve satisfactory results, and the standard for suitable resistance is that when the shaft bushing is rotated, the resistance ring begins to rotate when the spiral ring of the Inner bushing is basically compressed.
If the resistance is too small, you can choose to print the resistance ring of more blades.
If the resistance is too high, the resistance blades can be cut to reduce the resistance.
The resistance of the newly printed accessories is relatively large, so it is recommended to manually turn it a few times to make it run in to a relatively stable state before starting to use it officially.
Finally, it is recommended not to use filament silk screen printing base covers and resistance rings that are too smooth or too brittle (ordinary PLA is fine).
本模型的功能实现依靠耗材丝的摩擦力及回弹力,所以不同耗材打印的模型表现会有一些差异,决定回卷角度的主要配件为基盖和阻力圈,实验模型采用的是PolyLite(标志颜色)进行打印和测试。
默认情况下6叶阻力圈即可实现满意效果,阻力合适的标准表现为转动轴套时,内轴套的螺旋圈基本压缩完全时阻力圈开始转动。
如果阻力过小可以选择打印更多叶片的阻力圈。
如果阻力过大可以剪掉阻力叶片来降低阻力。
新打印的配件阻力相对较大,建议手动转几圈使其磨合到相对稳定的状态后再开始正式使用。
最后建议不要使用过于光滑或者过于脆的耗材丝打印基盖和阻力圈(普通PLA就行)。

Problems with use(使用问题):

Does it have an impact on print quality(是否对打印质量产生影响):

After a period of use and testing, I didn't find any noticeable effects, at least I didn't feel it obviously.If you're concerned about this, you can manually disable the rewind function when printing.

经过我一段时间的使用和测试,没有发现有明显的影响,至少我没有明显感觉出来。如果你担心这个,在打印时可以手动停用回卷功能。

Will it put a large burden on the extruder(是否会对挤出机带来较大负担):

The tension of the extruder is so strong that it can even break the filaments directly, so this burden on the rewinding spool holder should not be a problem (Moreover, there is also a moment amplification effect of the spool radius), at least in my limited tests.

挤出机的拉力是很强大的,甚至能将耗材丝直接拉断,所以回卷架的这点负担应该不成问题(而且还有料盘半径的力矩放大作用存在),至少在我有限的测试中一切都是正常。

Disabling the rewind feature(停用回卷功能):
1.Temporarily deactivated, use your thumb against the shaft cover, and pull the Claw bushing or Threaded bushing outward by 10 mm (Don't worry about slipping, there is also a layer of protective buckle at this time)
   临时停用,用拇指顶住轴盖,将抓套或螺纹套向外拉出10毫米即可(不用担心滑落,此时还有一层保护卡扣存在)
2.If it is out of use for a long time, remove the resistance ring, and it can be used as an ordinary spool holder,At least the filament spool doesn't wobble
   长期停用,拆除掉阻力圈,即可当做普通料盘架使用,至少料盘不会晃来晃去
3.Permanently deactivated, all can be removed
   永久停用,全部拆掉即可


Adjust the rewind angle(调节回卷角度):
Adjust the amount of resistance, as described in the special instructions
调整阻力大小即可,见特别说明中的描述
Filament spool installation and replacement(耗材的安装与更换):
In addition, when feeding, you can not push the Claw bushing or threaded bushing to the end, leave a distance of about 10 mm, that is, put it in pause mode, and then push it to the end after the feeding is completed, so that you don't need to push the filament wire by hand all the time (because there is a rewinding force).
可以直接安装,也可以把爪套或螺纹套取下后安装,另外进料时可以先不把抓套或螺纹套推到底,留10毫米左右距离,即置于暂停模式,等进料完成后再推到底,这样就不需要一直用手推着耗材丝了(因为有回卷力)。

Disassemble the central shaft(拆卸中心轴):
Even with a buckle, it can be pulled out with enough force
即便在有搭扣的情况下,用足够大的力量是可以直接拔出

Known issues(已知问题):

1.There is a certain amount of noise in the use of the rewind function, but I think it is within the acceptable range.
   回卷功能使用中会有一定噪音,但我就觉得在可接受范围内。
2.After using the resistance ring for a period of time, the resistance will become smaller to a certain extent, because the grinding is smooth, and the rewinding angle will be reduced.
   阻力圈在使用一段时间后阻力会一定程度的变小,因为磨光滑了,回卷角度会缩小。
3.In the case that there are not many filaments left, it is not possible to tighten the filaments completely (because the radius is smaller, the rewinding distance is shorter), but this has no adverse effect.
   在耗材丝剩余不多的情况下,无法完全收紧耗材(因为半径小了回卷距离就短了),但这并没有什么不良影响。
4.Claw bushing of various sizes are tight when installed in spool that support the lower limit of size, and require force to be loaded.
   各种规格的爪套,安装在其支持尺寸下限的料盘时会比较紧,需要用力才能装入。

Installation instructions(安装说明):

Special note: Before the installation begins, insert the central shaft into the Inner bushing to test whether the rotation is smooth, if not, dispose of the uneven place or apply vaseline to make the rotation smooth(Note that warping can also cause stuttering when printing the central shaft).

特别注意:在安装开始前,请将中心轴插入内轴套中,测试旋转是否顺滑,如果不顺畅请处理掉不平的地方或抹凡士林使之旋转顺滑(特别注意,打印中心轴时翘边也会造成卡顿)。

Special note: Step 8 needs to be rotated to align the buckle at the bottom!

感谢分享,模型非常nice,已成功打印,配合很好,教程也很详细,我默认6叶阻力圈装出来目测能回4/5,最后剩一丢丢回不了,不过已经非常好了,有需要我会去打一个9页阻力圈,6页目前已经够用,正在测试对打印的影响,目前来说很棒,感谢作者大大分享!!!

谢谢你的评论和肯定:),回卷角度在120°~180°都属于正常表现,已经能基本避免耗材滑出料盘的问题了。当然我后续空点的时候会再抽时间优化下内轴套的螺旋部分模型形态(现在受空间限制螺旋无法完全回到松弛状态),希望能让效果更好一点。 这几天正在弄for AMS lite的版本,搞完了先:)
