Description

Adapter to use the stock arms and ball-joints on the Flsun SuperRacer AWD with integrated tensioner.

I've designed 2 top parts one for a Direct Drive / Bowden setup and the other for Flying Extruder:

Direct Drive / Bowden

Flying Extruder

For the tensioner, I user a 40mm M3 and a t-nut, this will provide approximatively a range of 18mm to tension the belt.
You might also want to use 6 M3 grub screws to secure the ball-joints.

I recommend printing these in PETG or any strong materials specially if you intend to push your SuperRacer.
The location of the endstops remain the same, you might need to add a ziptie on the belts or these clips (https://makerworld.com/en/models/240711#profileId-256652) if you plan to apply a fairly high tension for high speed printing.

Thanks to the DeltaWerken team for the inspiration and discussions.

Incredible! I'll leave it printing right now! Thanks to you, the AWD conversation was easier for me and I am in love with the performance.
