Description

In the image, a Polymaker 3kg spool is used.

I couldn't fit Polymaker's 3kg paper spool, so I made a bracket to expand it by 3cm.
Attach it to the Left_Arch_Top side.
Along with the expansion, the brace and rollers have also been extended.
In addition to the original parts, you will need M3 inserts and 4 sets of M3x12mm screws.
If you use this expansion adapter, it will be expanded by 3cm, making it approximately 126mm wide.
A spool with a height of 110mm can be inserted.

PLA, 3 walls, 15% is strong enough.

The performance of the original model is good, so it is very stable.

Due to requests, we have added a model with a pilot hole of 3.9mm.

Hello @FyrbyAdditive Does the V-Spooler in the standart config works with 2kg and 2,5kg spools from Polymaker?

Sorry I do not have any larger Polymaker spools, it does not work with 2.5kg extruder spools. If you have the width handy I can measure it...

I see this is actually under a remix that is not my model now I have clicked on it, the normal V-Spooler has around 96mm room at the top. This remix may have more space.

Looks good and is working fine with the 3kg spool. I have like 30 kg of Greeny+ filament here. Until your design I had a lot of problems to re-spool it to the smaler Bambu-spools, thank you for that.

One of your adapters from the 3.9mm model is wrong. There is no place for the bearings. Could you fix it pls?
