Description

Hello,

This model contains many plates with a BASE and LID, both with alphabetic labels for each HDD.  Therefore there are many plates in this model, but you need not print them all of course.   Feel free to load into slicer, change labels or whatever.

I took BinchePone's 3.5" HDD Storage Model, resized and gave it a lid and organized Letter impression tags, so that I can store my 20+ 3.5" HDDs in an efficient and easy to access manner.

I rotate through external drives in my Veeam Backup Repository server with hotswap HDD caddys. I have a log sheet to keep track of these HDDs and what is backed up onto them. I wanted to keep the HDDs easier to manage, carry around office and transport offsite. Then I found BinchePone's model and I remixed it for my use.

I printed these using two different PLA Black filaments, and so they have slight difference of sheen and appearance in photos.

I printed using .4 nozzle and .28mm layer height, 8% rectlinear infill and 3 walls.

Thank you,

BennyBoots
