Description

A simple keypad case for use with making a handwired mechanical keypad using an rp2040 chip.

Plate is designed to be a friction fit on the top, however there are some M2 screw locations on the top plate to further secure to the posts inside if this is too loose.  The mount on the bottom holds a USB C rp2040, specifically designed around the Sparkfun rp2040

Mine was wired via direct pin, but it is not recommended.  Standard mechanical keyboard switches should fit via snap in.  I used Akkos on mine, but all standard types should work. Plate Mounted Stabilizers are needed, and should easily snap into place.

No Supports are needed.  Print with base bottom side down and plate with the thicker side down.  Plate is best printed at 100% or similar for stability, but can be adjusted to preference. Highly recommend rubber feet for the bottom as it will slide around otherwise.
