Another sealing kit for Karcher ferrets that you will find here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6496753 allows you to clean waste water or toilet pipes through their inspection holes without risk of return of water towards the operator, especially when located at height.
Unfortunately for one of my 40mm diameter conduits, the DYKA brand inspection head does not have a sufficiently large flat surface on the exterior and interior sides to allow the screwing of the kit above and therefore its sealing.
So I created this adapter which screws onto the threaded pitch of the inspection window, and allows you to insert on its other side a commercially available 40mm interior part that you will find there:

This commercial part allows, through its rubber lip system, to ensure the insertion of the head of the 16mm ferret, then by regaining its shape to ensure sealing around the body of the 11mm ferret as it moves through the pipe .
This part requires a flat gasket of an unusual size and specific to the DYKA brand, so I also reprinted it in TPU.
So you will need:
1 - a Karcher ferret of a length greater than that of the pipe to be cleaned obviously. The ferret which corresponds to the dimensions of this kit has a head diameter of 16mm and a body of 11mm. I bought it in 15m length (see photo)
2 - this adapter to screw onto the thread of the DYKA inspection window
3 - the flat gasket to also be printed and adapted to this part to ensure sealing with the DYKA inspection window
4 - the rubber part mentioned above available from many suppliers, to fit onto the end of the adapter.
In any case, bring a bucket with a removable handle to make it easier to attach to the pipe and a mop.
Unscrew the inspection head, screw in the adapter having fitted the flat rubber gasket.
Insert the purchased part at the other end and pass the head of the ferret carefully, forcing a little on the lip which will then return to its nominal diameter and ensure a seal with the body of the ferret.
Put the bucket underneath as a matter of conscience.
The adapter will preferably be printed in ABS, in layers of 0.15 for thread regularity, strength and tightness, and the flat seal in TPU 95A.

Malheureusement pour un de mes conduits en 40mm de diamètre, la tête de regard de marque DYKA ne dispose pas d'une surface plane suffisamment importante coté extérieur comme intérieur pour permettre le vissage du kit ci-dessus et donc son étanchéité.
J'ai donc créé cet adaptateur qui se visse sur le pas fileté du regard de visite, et permet d'insérer sur son autre côté une pièce du commerce en 40mm intérieur que vous trouverez là :

Cette pièce du commerce permet par son système de lèvre caoutchouc d'assurer l'introduction de la tête du furet de 16mm, puis en reprenant sa forme d'assurer l'étanchéité autour du corps du furet de 11mm lors de son déplacement dans le tuyau.
Cette pièce nécessite un joint plat d'une dimension peu commune et spécifique à la marque DYKA, je l'ai donc réimprimé aussi en TPU.
Vous aurez donc besoin :
1 - d'un furet Karcher d'une longeur supérieure à celle de la canalisation à nettoyer évidemment. Le furet qui correspond aux dimensions de ce kit a une tête de diamètre 16mm et un corps de 11mm. Je l'ai acheté en 15m de longueur (voir photo)
2 - de cet adaptateur à visser sur le filetage du regard de visite DYKA
3 - du joint plat à imprimer lui aussi et adapté à cette pièce pour assurer l'étanchéité avec le regard de visite DYKA
4 - de la pièce caoutchouc citée ci-dessus disponible chez de nombreux fournisseurs, à emboiter à l'extrémité de l'adaptateur.
Prévoyez à tout hasard un seau avec une anse démontable pour faciliter son accroche au tuyau et une serpillière.
Dévissez la tête de regard, vissez l'adaptateur en ayant mis en place le joint plat caoutchouc.
Insérez à l'autre extrémité la pièce achetée et passez la tête du furet avec précaution en forçant un peu sur la lèvre qui ensuite retrouvera son diamètre nominal et assurera l'étanchéité avec le corps du furet.
Mettez le seau dessous par acquis de conscience.
L'adaptateur sera préférablement imprimé en ABS, en couches de 0.15 pour la régularité du filetage, sa résistance et son étanchéité, et le joint plat en TPU 95A.
