Description

I had a friend who does custom keyboards ask for something to fidget with and mentioned the pokemon theme. Noticing the keyboard, my mind went immediately to Snorlax and some other Pokémon. This bulbasaur was the second to be made and was fun.

I had to use blender to lower the size of the file to edit it in Tinkercad and then later smoothed out some areas with the other functions of Blender.

These are easy and quick to make and really are fun.

To print out a keyboard cap I use the following model and add a brim around it.

I have used various keyboard switches and it all depends on what you want as far as sound and tactile feedback. Currently I am ordering these to use but will update if I switch to a different one.

Very cool. bigger than expected however and I wonder about shrinking it down. Material is PLA+ Mint Green Sunlu

nice color! I was thinking about shrinking down the ring around the switch. are you thinking about shrinking it down so that the switch fits better?

I think the switch fit fine into the Pokemon but the bulbasaur itself was much bigger than I thought. In hindsight it's just a really cool nice design with a pressable button. Cool gift or conversation piece!
