3D model description

Brick built retaining wall with files for 4mm and 7mm scales. Scalable to other scales.

Can be built as single height or sloping with 7 different heights. (see zip file - heights are shown in mm in filenames)

4mm scale wall units 110mm wide, pillars 12mm wide with heights from 60mm to 150mm

7mm scale wall units 173mm wide, pillars 21mm wide with heights from 100mm to 240mm (note the taller units may not fit on a 'standard' size built plate of 220mmx220mm.

Note the bricks are not drawn to 'finescale' but are a compromise of what can be achieved with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height on an FDM printer. Bricks have rounded corners.

Last photo shows 4mm and 7m versions printed.

3D printing settings

All examples were printed on a Bambu Labs printer with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height in PLA.

Prints FLAT with no supports. Glue together as required.

TT120, N scale etc., will require 0.2mm nozzle and 0.1mm layer height.
