The TacXBow is a compact 3D printed repeating crossbow pistol for 6.3 / 6.5 inch arrows with an exchangeable magazine for up to 12 bolts.

This design is published with the permission of Joerg Sprave, who published the original idea under the rules of public domain.

This 3d design is not a toy – pay attention to the notes attached before downloading and building!

The crossbow can be powered by bow arms or rubber bands and equipped with different attachments.

The design is optimized for a 300mm x 300mm print bed.

The design is optimized for 3D printing with a layer height of 0.2 mm.

Splitted parts for printbeds with min 220mm x 220mm included.
Recommended Ppintbed 300mm x 300mm .

All parts can be printed without support structure!

Recommended material for this print is PLA PLUS
Recommended material for the magazine spring is ASA

For the best strength and durability, its recommend printing all parts with a wall thickness of 2.25 mm, bottom and top walls thickness of 1.2 - 1.6 mm.

Its also recommend printing at a slightly higher temperature than usual.
