Description

Holder for five pairs of pliers for Kupper pegboards. Parametric, 0-23mm hole fits, even 25mm works but doesn't look that great. Depth is 40mm. Might fit Lidl/Parkside pegboard as well, hole pattern looks pretty identical but haven't tested that.

.f3d so you can choose the hole size.

Stl has following holes:

  • 15mm, in this case for Knipex 78 03 125
  • 20mm, for 70 02 140
  • 21mm, for 03 02 180
  • 20mm, for 26 12 200
  • 20mm, for 86 05 180

Five pliers get a bit heavy, so more than 2 walls is recommended, Print Profile has 4. Tree supports for pegs.

v2 13.05.24.

  • Added a parameter for tolerance to the thickness of the slot for the peg. This should not be need but in case the fitment is too tight.

Hi, .f3d is there, Makerworld has hidden it a little. Please click "Download or Print" -> " Download STL" and there it is. For the pegs the fitment is intentionally pretty tight so the holder doesn't move when you take pliers out. I added a parameter for the depth of the slot that mount to the pegboard, you could increase it by 0.1-0.3mm depending how tight it was. By default the slot is 1.5mm, which should be pretty good for bigger pegboardmounts, I use 1.4mm for smaller ones. Of course fitment is affected by printer calibration, settings, material and straightness of the pegboard. Try those and let me know how it went?

My fault! I didn't find the file behind the Download STL. Makerworld changed that some time ago :-( Now I printed a new version with the parameters I need. And after a good cleaning of the knobs it fits on my board! Thanks!

Yes, that Makerworld change is not the most intuitive, I agree. Good to know it fits better now.
