update 25.11.2018
This is not a construct update, more an review of the v2 toolholder. I have now tested it out for some time, And it has worked great, iam working some more on the dust collector. The router is nice and cold after 5-6 hours going on high speed, That is really good.

Update 22.04.2018:
Makita toolholder v2.stl This is my new version of the toolholder, on this you will have the air blow out on the side and not down .
you will need theese files.

This router mount is designed to fit the 25mm pipes on the MPCNC.
It has a magnetic dustshoe, (not tested yet)

The mount also have quick connect of laser mount on the side, and a pen holder.

The whole thing is mounted with m4 bolts and m4 nylock nuts,

outer measurment on my m4 nylock nut is 6.88 mm so theese fit really snug into the design.
You will need 17 of theese.

you also need 9 m4x20mm bolts with hex socket head, outer diameter on the bolt head is 7mm .

4 x m4x20 mm with philipshead bolts to mount the toolplate to the z-axe.

everything fits very good in this design so its easy to build.

Magnets you need some to hold the dust shoe in place. Neodym magnets 10x1mm disc magnets is what you need.

Laser it is this one, and it bolts right on my mount with 4 m3x10mm bolts.

To print out the parts its nothing fanzy, only place i used support was in the dust shoe.
