3D model description

TL;DR:
- Yes, this fits all expansions up to and including Nature Incarnate, even with the thicker spirit boards (except for the Horizons ones, which only come thin)
- Yes, this fits sleeved cards (I use Arcane Tinmen's Sleeves, which are not snug fit)
- Yes, this design is without lid lift (even with all rulebooks in the box)
- Yes, everything tilt-, flip- and shake-proof
- Yes, each slot and box is labeled so you know what goes where

I Like Things Neat
Spirit Island is the best board game I have ever played, and I play it a lot so I wanted an insert that would make packing and unpacking the game quick and easy. This is it! It follows (and, I would like to think, improves somewhat on) the standards you might be used to if you've printed any of my other inserts. (Except separators for the Unique Spirit Cards; more on that later).

I love my Spirit Island, so of course every card is sleeved with a thick sleeve (Arcane Tinmen Standard, in my case).

I personally own the Core box, B&C, F&F, JE, HoSI and NI. I don't have the foil spirit boards or the wooden token upgrade packs. That means all the spirit boards fit even using the thick boards (except the Horizons ones, which only come thin). The only things I took from the Horizons box and added to this collection is the Spirits and their Unique Power Cards. The rest is still in the Horizons box (I don't need no cardboard Cities...). I have all other non-Horizons tokens in these boxes despite the fact that you get the same tokens in many game boxes, so there's plenty enough even if you play with 6 Spirits.

An improvement over my previous inserts is that the boxes and card slots are all labeled so it's easy to see what goes where. Other design considerations: there are slots for pushing the cards up with your finger to make taking them out easier; all walls are 1.2mm, what I consider to be the sweet spot in sufficient sturdiness and plastic saving; and I made the boxes low and wide instead of high, to make it easier to see what's where and to pick them up.

Sadly, I could not fit separators for Unique Power Cards (and Aspects). Technically, it should fit, using the separator standard I use in my Marvel Champions insert, but that slot would be so tightly packed that it would be hard to get cards out, and the friction would wear out the sleeves unneccesarily fast. Therefore, I opted against it, and I simply keep the Unique Power (and Aspect) cards in alphabetical order by Spirit for easy fetching.

I made a custom shield token, modeled after the Defense token in the game, if you want more Defense or generic "I dealt with this place" markers or prefer ones that can stand up, to take less space on the board and be more visible. I also use one of Jacksy71's totem pole pieces (see remix credit) as a presence token. You don't need to print those; you can use the supplied tokens if you prefer.

Spirit boards and all cards are in the Core box. Everything else is in the Jagged Earth box (with several pictures to show how to stack everything correctly).

No, you can't donate to me. No, I'm sorry, I appreciate your insistence, but I really do not accept donations. If you like this and are sad about the lack of a donation button, donate to Wikipedia. Or pandas.
