Prototyping ongoing.

This is my T-7 Ion Blaster kit for the 40mm grenades.
The design is made for standard PVC pipe sizes, and needs gluing.
There are 2 scope support models, one it's for the fake scope, and the other has the holes for a RIS rail to be fitted, in this case some M3/M4 threaded inserts has to be fitted in the body.

You will need the following PVC pipes:
- 1 1/2" (48mm outer diameter), 520mm long
- 1 1/2"(48mm), 157mm long
- 1/2" (22mm), 730mm long
- 3/4"(27mm), 270mm long
- 1" (34mm), 183mm long (or longer, depending on your arm length)
- 3/4"( 27mm), 370mm long
- 3/4" (27mm), 90mm long

And couple of M3 screws and M3 threaded inserts.

3D printing settings

Some parts need support for a good fitment.
Recommended settings:
- wall thickness 2mm or above
- layer height 0.15mm or less
- infill 40% or more
- some parts need support for overhang of more than 85 degree
