This Is Some Boo Sheet Halloween Ghost Hanging Holiday Sign

And now for something completely hilarious! We've been making these for friends, family, and neighbors, they're out the door as fast as the glue dries - and that's no "Boo Sheet!"

Now you can 3D print them too. It's super easy - just two STL files. "Boo Sheet - White" is the base. "Boo Sheet - Black" is the top layer. It has several separate parts to it, like the sunglasses and depth lines for the ghost. Simply line them up and glue them onto the White background. Refer to the images above if you need help lining them up.

Once the glue dries, take a small piece of rope and tie it through the holes at the top to make a hanging sign. Or, you can use these as nail holes. We find the naturally frayed look of hemp rope works great.

TIP: If you have a glass or textured steel flex heat bed, you may want to rotate both pieces to print upside down. We find that the shiny surface of a glass bed, or the textured surface of a flexible steel plate, looks great on a holiday decoration such as this.

DIMENSIONS
The Boo Sheet Halloween sign is sized to fit on a 256x256 print bed, such as the Bambu P1P or P1S. If you have a smaller printer (e.g. 220x220), scale the X and Y of each STL down to about 92% to fit. Leave the Z where it is for strength.

At 100% scale and fully assembled, the sign measures:

X = 21.2cm / 8.3in
Y = 24.0cm / 9.4in
Z = 0.24cm / 0.1
