Aerith's Remake Guard Stick

.stl format. Split for 200mm printers, but includes a whole version of the pipe end. It is approximately 70" finished, but you can shorten it by shortening the length of the PVC pipe segments.

Because there is a part on the materia holder that dips shallow, there is a "joint" piece that connects the PVC pipes together. I suggest printing this piece with 3.0 mm walls just to give it a lot of extra strength because there's a lot of tension on that spot. You can alternately use 3/4" wooden dowel for this instead, but it's very slightly too small for the inside of the PVC pipe so the fit won't be super tight.

To shorten it for travel and storage, you can leave some parts unglued; either you can leave the ends unglued to pull them off, dropping it to 47", or you can leave the handle unglued, dropping it to three segments of about 25".

The PVC pipe segments are as follows:
Handle: 22.5" of 3/4" PVC pipe (schedule 40)
Arms: 10.75" of 3/4" PVC pipe (schedule 40)

We printed ours at 0.15 and 0.2mm layers. We suggest keeping a moderate infill (no lower than 15%) and walls of about 1.2-1.4mm.
