Scratchmen Apoo,[9] also known as Roar of the Sea, is the captain of the On Air Pirates[1] and was formerly an informant for the Beasts Pirates, led by Kaidou of the Four Emperors.[2][3]

He is a member of the Longarm Tribe and one of twelve pirates who are referred to as the Worst Generation, being one of the eleven Supernovas who came to Sabaody Archipelago two years ago with a bounty of over Beli100,000,000.[1][10] Two years later, his bounty increased to Beli350,000,000.[5]

Due to his actions and role, he is a supporting antagonist in the Wano Country Arc.
