60 mm M4 Commando Mortar

Die Bastelkammer offers here the M4 Commando mortar for 40 mm TAGinn grenades.

The M4 Commando Mortar is a full scale replica of the original 60 mm mortar made by Denel (South Africa). The mortar is used by the South African Defence Force (SADF) and other nations.

The assembly of this 60 mm M4 Commando mortar does not require any special knowledge. It is a starter kit that already comes with detailed instructions. Together with the accompanying 60 mm launching grenade, all types of 40 mm TAGinn grenades can be fired from the mortar. For this purpose, the 40 mm TAGinn shells are used in the 60 mm launching grenade. In addition to TAGinn shells, APS Hell Fire CO2 shells with a tailored TAGinn Launchtube can also be used (A corresponding Launchtube is available here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/taginn-launch-tube-for-aps-hell-fire).

The print files provided here include the necessary STL files for printing the mortar and the 60 mm mortar launching grenade.

• 1 piece of 70x5x650 mm aluminum tube

• 4 pieces of M5x10 pan-head screws

• 1 piece M8x50 Cylindric head screw

• 1 piece M8x70 hexagon head screw

• 1 piece M8x30 hexagon head screw

• 4 pieces M8 hexagon nuts

• 4 pieces washers for M8

• 1 piece M8x18 grub screw (alternative: threaded rod)

• 1 piece 5x130 mm aluminum round profile

• 1 piece 3x28 mm steel wire

• 1 piece 2x6 mm steel wire

• 2 pieces M5x20 threaded rod

• 2 pieces M8x15 threaded rod

• 1 piece 6x14 mm spirit level

• Epoxy or plastic glue

• varnish

• Depending on the tolerances of your printer, it may be necessary to sandpaper some parts.
