Description

The art-deco sculpture depicts a beautiful young woman in a long fitting dress and with a theatrical headdress representing a constellation of stars. The figure raised on an integral plinth.

The figure is based on the magnificent work of Jepe, clearly inspired by the remarkable work of Erté. Erté (Roman Petrovich Tyrtov) (1892 - 1990), a famous artist and designer of the 20th century. He has contributed to many areas, including fashion, jewelry, graphics, costume design and scenery for cinema, theater and opera, as well as interior design. Many of Erte's works are currently on display at museums such as the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Smithsonian Institution.

The Startrek statuette in 1/7 scale (363 mm) now adorns the shelf in my living room, and the 1/18 scale (123 mm) figurine revives my car collection.

Reference

The original model was refined in ZBrush for a good 3D printing on a small and large scale.

For printing on a large scale made version divided into two parts by the height of the figurine. To connect the parts with each other and with the stand, channels are provided for the installation of pins.

I printed this model on an FDM printer Lad-1.0 on a scale of 1/7 and 1/10 (0.3 mm nozzle and 0.1 mm layer) and on a 1/18 scale (0.2 mm nozzle and layer 0.06 mm). This sculpture will look great on a scale of 1/7 (height 363 mm) and more.
