X95 - SPHG - PRINTED MLOK HANDGUARD

The Gallia Arms SPHG (Standard Printed HandGuard) is a 3D printed handguard for the IWI X95.
It is designed to interface with the same locking piece as the factory handguard and fit just as snug.

Unlike the factory handguard, the SPHG is design to free float the barrel and eliminate any point of impact shift (see picture), no matter how much weight is put on it, while offering a slicker, more comfortable grip, and give the ability to mount accessories with standard M-lok.
The handguard has been tested successfully with 500 rounds of PMC bronze without break or fail.

IMPORTANT : this promotional version includes both versions of the handguard, one for X95 barrels over 18" and one for 16" barrels. Be sure to print the one you want.

16" handguard

Please note the fit for Airsoft has NOT been tested.

Tested on a CR10-S Pro V2
Recommend printing in Nylon at 100% infill and tested at 0.20mm layer height.

Printing the handguard vertically, branding text closest to the plate, yields the best results. Supports are necessary for the base, but the slots and screw hole don't require them (see picture for example).

It can be printed in PLA and other material with a lower melting temperature, however be advised continuous fire will turn the handguard into a liquid fast.
