3D model description

Scale headache rack and box rails to give your scale truck a work truck like feel.

Headache rack dimensions
206mm ( 8.1 in ) wide
80mm ( 3.1 in ) tall
Bed rails Long are 227mm ( 8.9 in )
Bed Rails Short are 173mm ( 6.8 in )

I included several different styles with lights, expanded metal mesh and bars.

3mm leds can be used with the headache lights.
4x M2 x 10mm screws will be be need to attach the headache rack to the brackets or the bars. Super glue works as well.

3D printing settings

  • requires some support -I printed the light lens out of a transparent petg

Any parts like your brackets and etc can be copied and mirrored in your slicer for the right side.
