3D model description

Here is a nice model of a working TESLA turbine, based on Nicholai Tesla concept.

It use a set of disc and fluid viscosity and Coanda efect to generate a lot of torque and power out of a fluid movement.

This Turbine can be nice to demonstrate some physic principle behind fluid mechanic in a fun way !

This tubine is a nice scientific and technical ornament for your desk.

It can also be used as a fidget, its prety fun to ear it revs up when you blow air on it. (prety sure you can easly reach over 1000RPM)

This can generate some power and rotation if you blow on the hole, can even output 1.8v if you hookup a small electric engine to it.

It come with some mounting hole if you want to experiment with it (add an electric generator and a light maybe ?)

You could also easly play with the CAD files of it and make a bigger version of it to try to generate some power out of water flow for example.

there is 4 printing files group:

1- the hull

2- Axe and pulley

3- disc

4-stand

only the hull require bolt, the stand is clipped

Hardware:

-7 M3x6 ( or 8,9) screw

-no need for suport.

-brims or skirt should not be required.
