Had a problem with incorrect files after last update, All files are now changed to . . . Increase the Jig Pole Mount Height, Added more Fillet, Added variants and Install guide
This shuttle designed for the 93SV But does also fit the 106SV-126SV as well. Box design to keep the battery out of the elements, Also built up back to protect the cords coming from the Black Box. The Battery slot will fit a Norsk 32AMP battery (It is a very tight fit on purpose so it can't move around). Pushed battery to the right to accommodate for cord storage on the left. DO AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT PERSONALLY I CUT THE POWER CABLES TO ONLY WHAT IS NEEDED. The Black box mounts with the cords connecting from the bottom. Box was designed in 3 parts to avoid excessive supports needed. Main box, Top cover and back cover.
All threads are M6x1 ISO Metric Profile.
Size: 6.0MM
Designation: M6x1
Class: 6H
Direction: Right Hand
My plan is to have a knob style screws holding back of box for easy removal if needed to change the battery on the ice or maybe even a latch system, just have not been able to yet.
Attached you will find a "install" diagram for each size screw
3D Printing -
I use a Ender 3 V2 Neo to print with a bed of 250mmx220mm,220mm and everything can be printed on a printer with a bed at least that size. I print at 20% infill and 1.7MM walls. You should be looking at a couple-few days for completion obviously depending on how you choose to print (Speed, Nozzle, width, etc. . ). The Material I print with is PLA+ by Esun.
This design includes all of the following parts. . .
Box - Original
Box - With 22MM Hole on Front for a Button Switch
Box Cover - Original
Box Cover - With Cut outs for the Button & USB's on Norsk
L Lower Leg
R Lower Leg
Right Upper
Left Upper
Handle
Pair of Pole Mounts (With & Without Tension Point)
Transducer Holder for LVS32
Transducer Holder for LVS32
Added a mount to place the pole when hole hopping, I found that putting the pole in the craddle during movement was not ideal. I'm a better designer than a expert at 3D printing but I have found slowing print down gives me better results. If you have any questions Cults messaging center is not very well organized nor gives me notifications so please email me at DNLDesignssales@gmail.com.

I have both the STL and the 3MF files depending on your preference. This is for personal use only, please do not share files. Or Sale any prints for personal gain. If you are interested in a commercial license reach out and we can discuss.
I will keep designing new ice fishing items when I can based on what I feel is needed and works best. Thank you for your business and support.
Here is a Hardware List . . .
(4) 30mm x 6mm (Pan Head)
Legs to Box
(4) 20mm x 6mm (Pan Head)
Screen Mount to Top Tray Cover - (Yes you use your own mount for the screen, Not included in these files) the threads go all the way through, personally I don't but if you want to feel more secure you can go longer with Locking Nuts if you use a smaller battery
(6) 80mm x 6mm (Pan Head)
(4) 40mm x 6mm (Pan Head)
(12) 25mm x 6mm (Pan Head)
(4) 70mm x 6mm (Pan Head)
You don't have to use the Pan heads I just liked the look
You will see I added a hole for the Duecer cable on the Left side of the Box, so that runs through the hole from the outside to the black box and wraps around the brackets on the Upper/Lower Left. I did also increase the height of the box in the back and the back cover to protect the cords more.
I also put bat grip tape on the handle for better grip
