I had issues with the Anycubic glass bed not being completely covered on the edges of my Tevo printer with the original clips. I extended the top coverage lip by 3mm on each clip so it holds the glass bed down a little better.

I believe I did 25% infill, with about 4-5 shells all around. I'm not entirely positive you need supports at all for the lettering and the hole when flipped upside down for printing. It's such a small area, but you can decide, or use custom supports for only the hole portions where the screw is inserted. I noticed when you try and use supports where the letters exist, it fills up the spaces.
