Intended for 3d print.
This model pack contains a sci fi-flavoured regiment of Ashigaru, commoner-class infantry used between the 14th and 19th century. The Ashigaru made up the bulk of japanese armies during the Sengoku and Tokugawa Shogunate eras. They were early adopters of firearms, and Japanese armies may at times have used muskets in greater numbers than even the contemporary Europeans. In this model pack however, the muskets have been replaced by futuristic laser rifles. The lasrifle Ashigaru are suitable as Imperial Guard or Planetary Defense Force regiments in Warhammer 40k, as npcs or street samurai player characters in Shadowrun, et cetera. Suggested scale is 28mm. All models have also been prescaled to roughly 28mm scale.
The regiment includes 10 unique soldier models in total, including two commanders. The model pack also includes a round base, a lasrifle, and a katana. See image gallery for a depiction of all included models.
