3D model description

Hello there! Please read the entire description.
Here is a completely self-made footrest for the Kugoo G Booster, Honghao S12, Hiboy Titan PRO or any other similar scooters. I printed it in black PLA and it has held for about 4 months now, without any problems. It took 550g of filament for me. Also note that it has been used throughout the summer, in 30 degree celsius weather and I am now planning to use it during winter, where it will get as low as -14 degrees celsius - I'll make sure to update if there is anything noteworthy.

It holds my entire 90Kgs down curbs, jumps, drops and more. All screws are the same as the one which connects the fender, so you won't have to replace them. Also, they are easily installable on top of the existing, aforementioned, mud guard. The fit is tight but it does not disturb the suspension! Also you can mount turn signals (10mm diameter), and chemical gluing tail light extensions are possible (but files not yet available).

The extra width extensions are optional, if you want more deck space. I will install grip tape soon, and maybe carbon wrap for additional performance :P

EDIT: Please note that there is a new width-extension available. These are special as they mount on top of the 6mm nuts at the end, to cover them up. I used chemical glue and other plastic-connection methods to make them work. They have been tested for 2 months without problems. Highly recommended to cover the ugly nuts!!

Extra hardware needed!
You will need a 6MM threaded rod with 8 M6 Nuts, which cost me about €3.20. All other screws are the same as the ones that came with the scooter.

3D printing settings

Printed on an ENDER 3 PRO with Skirt. Black generic PLA. about 550g of material needed total.

Kugoo G-Booster Footrest middle.stl:
- 50% lined infill, 75mm/s print speed at 205/60 degrees and full fan speed. SUPPORT ON.

Kugoo G-Booster Footrest middle left-extension.stl:
- 50% lined infill, 75mm/s print speed at 205/60 degrees and full fan speed. no support.

Kugoo G-Booster Footrest middle right-extension.stl:
- 50% lined infill, 75mm/s print speed at 205/60 degrees and full fan speed. no support.

Kugoo G-Booster Footrest leftarm.stl:
- 100% lined infill, 75mm/s print speed at 205/60 degrees and full fan speed. no support.

Kugoo G-Booster Footrest rightarm.stl:
- 100% lined infill, 75mm/s print speed at 205/60 degrees and full fan speed. no support.

The print orientation is pretty self-explanatory. Just print with the flattest side on the bed, for all files. The middle.stl file needs a tiny bit of support, for future addons of tail lights etc.
